Director of Corporate Communications for Capital One's Global Payment Network, responsible for external communications, media relations, issue management, and supporting business objectives within the financial services industry.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a strategic advisor to internal leaders and partners on external communications initiatives.
  2. Lead planning and execution of data-backed, communications campaigns aligned with enterprise and line-of-business priorities.
  3. Partner with the issues and crisis communications team to support critical messaging needs for Network participants.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Partner with global teams to drive media relations efforts to secure visibility in priority outlets.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • At least 8 years of communications experience
