This job is responsible for influencing executive-level decision-making and establishing overall business expansion strategies with significant impact on PayPal's success. They identify and execute strategic initiatives that drive growth, analyze market trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The monitor and assess the impact of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with PayPal's objectives.
Job Description:
**Essential Responsibilities: **
- Identify and execute inorganic growth strategies and opportunities for business expansion
- Oversee all deal stages from idea generation to financial modeling, due diligence, and negotiations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as primary contact for target companies
- Mentor and guide deal team members in sourcing, financial modeling, and diligence
- Develop strategic plans aligned with the company’s long-term objectives
- Collaborate with executives to make informed decisions with sound judgment
- Lead high-performing teams through training, evaluations, and culture development
- Identify collaboration opportunities and foster learning from portfolio companies
- Provide strategic insights and market intelligence to drive value for PayPal and portfolio companies
- Manage day-to-day fund operations and relationships with third-party vendors
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
