Workday is seeking a Director, Head of Corporate PR to lead strategic corporate narratives, focusing on their AI leadership and position as a company defining the AI-powered future of work. The role requires strong media relations, storytelling, and the ability to translate complex enterprise technology into compelling stories, leveraging AI tools to enhance work.

What you'd actually do

  1. lead the team responsible for Workday's most strategic corporate narratives, from our AI leadership story, to Workday Ventures, the Workday Foundation, financial PR, and the executive narratives that shape how the world sees our company.
  2. approach storymining like a journalist – sniffing out the angle, mapping the components to land a big story, finding the right reporter to tell it, preparing executives to deliver with impact, and driving results.
  3. insert Workday into the news cycle of the day.
  4. bring the same calm, sharp judgment to challenging media moments when the stakes are highest.
