As a Director of Customer Delivery Management, you will lead a team in aligning priorities with cross-functional stakeholders, establishing project governance standards, and driving the end-to-end execution of complex delivery projects. Successful candidates for this role will be experienced leaders, excellent communicators, innately curious, and able to thrive in an ambiguous, high-growth environment.
You should have a strong delivery, technology, and program management background. Additionally, you should have a proven track record of influencing and presenting to senior business and technology leaders while driving critical delivery initiatives at the highest levels. Strong executive communications, customer engagement, program management, and business strategy skills are essential.
- Lead a team of high-level globally placed individual contributors to provide execution guidance, coaching, and develop career performance and growth plans
- Responsible for dedicated cloud delivery projects globally, from shaping the approach to achieving the desired outcomes through delivery
- Influence, activate, and orchestrate across teams to build alignment and drive results
- Provide program and project management expertise to complex global business initiatives, understanding interdependencies between process, technology, and people needs
- Develop program workstreams, identify core milestones, and ensure that project goals align with customer and business objectives

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $139,400 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
