Director of Professional Services for Adobe Customer Solutions in EMEA, responsible for managing PS delivery, driving business growth, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team leadership. This role focuses on strategic leadership, operational execution, and executive customer engagement to accelerate customer success and achieve revenue and margin targets within a designated region.

What you'd actually do

  1. Direct PS Delivery for a region in EMEA (Western, UKI, or Central), guaranteeing smooth fulfillment of all engagements and consistent standards and consistent delivery of strong results QoQ.
  2. Manage a team of Engagement Managers and Project Managers in offering outstanding customer experiences throughout our portfolio.
  3. Build and lead an inclusive and high performing team, through clear expectation setting and accountability metrics.
  4. Provide dotted-line leadership to our consultant force, fostering a regional community and ensuring services are delivered exceptionally.
  5. Serve as the main executive liaison for customers and internal Adobe stakeholders in the region, supporting important deals and projects and ensuring alignment with Adobe’s strategic goals.
