  3. Stand up and refine reporting frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards to track membership performance across geographies.
  4. Partner with global tech teams to ensure data availability, instrumentation, and pipeline readiness for new market launches.
  5. Adapt and operationalize U.S.-developed models (e.g., propensity, churn, recommender systems, experimentation frameworks) for international use cases.
