Director of Data Products leading the strategy and delivery of Med Tech Supply Chain data products, transforming raw data into trusted, business-ready, and AI-enabled assets. This role focuses on building and scaling high-quality, reusable data products and semantic models that power analytics, enable AI, and drive fact-based decision-making.

What you'd actually do

  1. Leads the transformation of raw and fragmented data into trusted, governed, and scalable data products
  2. Designs data products and semantic layers that are explicitly optimized for AI and sophisticated analytics use cases
  3. Partners with business leaders to identify high-value data opportunities and translate them into scalable solutions
  4. Owns the shift from project-based delivery to data as a product
  5. Defines the roadmap for modernizing data capabilities, governance, and architecture

Skills

Required

  • Minimum ten (10) years of relevant professional work experience
  • Data, analytics, AI or digital leadership roles.
  • A consistent track record of project delivery and business relationship management.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills – operate as an independent leader with understanding and appreciation of the global/enterprise context.
  • Strong presentation skills – ability to speak across various forums and communicate to s broad, diverse audience required.
