What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a strategic support partner to Sales leadership on complex, multi-year, global, and non-standard deal structures
  2. Support the end-to-end deal lifecycle from quote configuration through approval, contracting, billing readiness, and revenue recognition, and ARR alignment
  3. Partner cross-functionally between Sales, Finance, Legal, Billing, Revenue Recognition, and Systems Ops
  4. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Deal Desk team

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, Finance, or Sales Operations within the SaaS space
  • 4+ years of experience leading and scaling high-performing teams
  • Proven experience supporting enterprise and global sales motions
  • Strong command of pricing, discounting, commercial governance, contract risk management, billing, and revenue recognition considerations
  • Deep familiarity with CPQ (experience with Dealhub preferably), CLM, and CRM (SFDC)
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative, service-oriented mindset
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate senior executives across Sales, Finance, Legal, Billing, Revenue Recognition, and Systems Ops
