Databricks is seeking a Director, Demand Generation (Executive Campaigns) to lead go-to-market strategies for executive integrated campaigns, driving visibility, engagement, and pipeline creation with top decision-makers. This role involves global orchestration, team leadership, pipeline growth, and strategic innovation, partnering closely with various marketing and product teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead alignment and operational rhythm with cross-functional leaders to craft an integrated, data-driven executive marketing strategy.
  2. Direct, mentor, and inspire a team of high-performing campaign managers focused on global integrated campaign execution.
  3. Own and deliver global executive engagement and pipeline targets, partnering across functions to optimize ROI.
  4. Establish a global strategic roadmap to test, optimize, and scale future programming informed by data, insights, and performance learnings.
  5. Serve as the filter and guide for business priorities, ensuring the team focuses on high-impact activities.

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of managing global integrated campaigns with direct pipeline accountability and a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Experience in marketing to executive audiences.
  • Proven ability to work with various cross-functional stakeholders to develop integrated programs that drive joint outcomes.
  • 5+ years building, inspiring, and leading high-performing teams with global pipeline and efficiency accountability.
  • Advanced proficiency in pipeline attribution, conversion analysis, and ROI optimization using SFDC, Tableau (or other dashboard systems), and marketing automation platforms
  • 7+ years scaling integrated campaigns in fast-growing tech companies.
  • Experience implementing scalable marketing operations, lead management systems, and cross-functional workflows
