Director, Employee Success - Real Estate

This role is for a Director of Employee Success focused on the Real Estate team at Crusoe Energy, an AI infrastructure company. The position involves driving HR strategies, organizational development, change management, and employee engagement. The role requires 10+ years of experience as an Employee Business Partner and experience with software, data center, and real estate populations. The company is in the AI infrastructure business, but this role is not directly involved in AI/ML development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with People Team Leaders and Leadership to create pragmatic, strategy aligned HR strategies and programs; including performance management, management excellence programs, and compensation reviews
  2. Develop and implement programs that will drive positive change and impact
  3. Guide managers on career pathing and leveling, skill and professional development
  4. Serve as a point of contact for employees; helping them navigate professional or personal issues that impact their work and career growth
  5. Collaborate across peer groups to meet business needs
