Director of End User Computing leading global strategy, execution, and operational excellence of enterprise IT services including Service Desk, Asset Management, Platform Engineering, and Workplace Technology. Responsible for delivering a secure, scalable, and high-performing end-user environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for End User Computing across four core pillars: Service Desk, Asset Management, Platform, and Workplace Technology.
  2. Lead global Service Desk Operations, ensuring scalable support models, SLA performance, executive support standards, and high user satisfaction.
  3. Oversee Asset Management, including vendor management and procurement, lifecycle governance, inventory accuracy, endpoint provisioning, distribution, refresh programs, and secure decommissioning.
  4. Own enterprise endpoint and collaboration platforms, including Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and SharePoint, ensuring security, compliance, performance, and operational reliability.
  5. Lead Endpoint Engineering functions, including imaging, patching, identity and access management (IAM), mobile device management (MDM), and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI).

  • Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to partner with executives and cross-functional leadership.
