Databricks is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to lead a team of Account Executives, focusing on growing Databricks usage and achieving team quotas within the Media business on the East Coast. The role involves building and managing a high-growth sales team, fostering a collaborative culture, developing customer and partner relationships, and driving enterprise growth plans.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and manage team of motivated Enterprise Account Executives to increase growth in strategic and emerging markets
  2. Inspire a culture of teamwork, leading with value, and achieving desired customers outcomes
  3. Develop trust-based relationships with customers and partners to ensure long-term success
  4. Encourage learning and ongoing understanding of technical product details and our future product roadmap
  5. Lead our Enterprise growth plans, ensure forecast accuracy and a predictable, high-growth business
