This role is for a Director of Enterprise Order Management Platform at Mastercard. The primary focus is on leading the implementation and long-term ownership of a cloud-based Order Management platform, ensuring seamless integration across the enterprise order-to-cash landscape. Responsibilities include platform strategy, delivery enablement, integration leadership, and overseeing operational readiness and support. The role requires deep expertise in Order Management and Order-to-Cash processes, with a strong emphasis on cloud-to-on-prem integration patterns and cross-functional delivery leadership.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, governance, and operational readiness for the cloud Order Management platform, including platform standards, configuration direction, and lifecycle management across releases and enhancements.
  2. Lead design and delivery oversight for primary integrations, including Cloud OM ↔ billing system (on-prem), Cloud OM ↔ CRM system, and Cloud OM ↔ payment system, ensuring resiliency, data integrity, reconciliation, and control points across the O2C process.
  3. Establish a team and operating model that supports Dev teams and release management with clear requirements, integration mappings, test strategies, cutover planning, and production readiness activities for OM-related deliveries.
  4. Oversee the run/maintain model for OM—including incident triage, root-cause coordination, vendor engagement, escalation communications, and continuous improvement—ensuring stable operations and strong stakeholder confidence.
  5. Build and lead a team spanning integration/project business analysts, platform/system analysts, and operational support functions, creating role clarity, execution discipline, and a scalable model to support future enterprise platform integrations.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Business, or equivalent practical experience
  • Advanced expertise in Order Management platforms and Order-to-Cash processes
  • Strong experience leading enterprise OM implementations and integrations
  • Hands-on integration leadership across key platforms (Cloud OM, CRM, Payment system, Billing platforms)
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional delivery
  • Strong leadership presence and ability to influence
  • Skilled in communicating technical and process concepts clearly
  • Strong prioritization, execution rigor, and comfort operating in ambiguity
