  1. Leading a team of Strategic Account Executives across the Retail and CPG verticals, you will be responsible for their continued success — mentoring, guiding, and empowering them to achieve and exceed their goals.
  2. You will drive growth by expanding relationships with our most important customers, with a primary focus on strategic account expansion
  3. You’ll leverage your business network to build a strong talent pipeline and hire top candidates as the team grows — raising the bar with every hire.
  4. Within your first 90 days, you’ll create a clear regional growth and investment plan, demonstrating a bias for action and a focus on measurable impact.
  5. You’ll build and sponsor trusted relationships with customers and partners to drive long-term success in the region — staying customer obsessed in everything you do.
