What you'd actually do

  1. Meet or exceed quarterly team revenue targets
  2. Partner with Recruiting to attract and hire top sales talent
  3. Manage contract negotiations and salesforce reporting
  4. Manage, coach, and develop a team of Strategic Account Executives and Account Executives.
  5. Provide strategic direction to the sales organization and support to sales representatives as they manage deals from first contact to close

Required

  • Proven track record of sales achievement
  • Experience managing a team of quota carrying sales talent
  • Experience directly managing a pipeline of complex, large deals
  • Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Deep understanding of the sales process as it relates to Large Enterprise and Mid market companies
  • Hands-on leader that strikes a balance between strategic vision and tactical execution
