  1. Evaluate and implement playbooks, and systems needed to support a high-growth team
  2. Test and refine growth and acquisition strategies through data, segment-specific value drivers, and compelling stories
  3. Develop strong internal partnerships and collaborate cross functionally to increase revenue opportunities to improve deal progressions
  4. Build, develop, and inspire a team of high-performing Account Executives and leaders by creating scalable, data driven processes that drive team and company goals
  5. Be accountable for selling to existing customers and net new customers
