  • Experience owning the full lifecycle of executive forums: workbacks, content development, executive prep, logistics, execution, and follow-ups.
  • Experience building and driving detailed workback plans.
  • Experience creating guidelines for clear, decision-oriented content.
  • Experience preparing executives with briefings and pre-reads.
  • Experience coordinating logistics and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Experience running forums in real time.
  • Experience tracking decisions and driving follow-up actions.
  • Experience owning end-to-end board process, including calendar, planning, content development, and executive preparation.
  • Experience ensuring board materials are strategic, financially accurate, and decision-oriented.
  • Experience coordinating across executives, finance, and legal for board readiness.
  • Experience leading review cycle calls with CEO.
  • Experience defining and enforcing standards for forums, content, metrics, and operating cadences.
