What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and manage a team of 4-6 Sourcing and Research professionals who discover and leverage company research, industry, and internal sources to identify highly relevant executive talent
  2. Leverage credible market and talent insights to develop executive search strategies including identifying target organizations and qualified executive prospects, reporting relationships, organizational and industry context.
  3. Serve as an SME for both open and developed sources of talent and market intelligence providing qualified insights on talent landscape
  4. Ensure excellence in the execution of executive search assignments across the team
  5. Grow business partnerships through active and credible influence and execution on executive talent strategies
