Director of Experience Design for MedTech, responsible for defining and delivering end-to-end experience strategy across priority MedTech platforms. This role partners with Product, Technology, Commercial, and Data leaders to drive user-centered experiences, shape digital transformation initiatives including AI-enabled experiences, and lead global design teams. The focus is on translating complex workflows and data into intuitive user experiences and ensuring design excellence within a regulated industry.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and evolve the end-to-end experience vision across MedTech platforms, grounded in user insights, business priorities, and technical feasibility
  2. Partner with senior leaders to shape digital transformation initiatives (e.g., CRM, commercial platforms, AI-enabled experiences)
  3. Serve as the design leader for global programs, ensuring alignment across business units, regions, and experience domains
  4. Drive adoption and governance of design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency
  5. Establish experience metrics and performance frameworks linking design outcomes to business impact
