This role leads the service delivery organization for Oracle's mission-critical data center facilities, focusing on maintenance execution, vendor performance, and operational support. The Director will drive the strategy to expand in-house self-perform maintenance, ensuring critical infrastructure is maintained safely and reliably. Responsibilities include leading senior service managers, overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, managing vendor performance, and establishing operational KPIs. The role requires strong leadership in facilities operations, mechanical and electrical systems, and a focus on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement in a 24/7 environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the Facilities Operations Services organization responsible for maintenance execution, operational support, and field service readiness across mission-critical data center environments.
  2. Provide leadership and direction to senior service managers across mechanical, electrical, and other facilities service functions, ensuring alignment in execution standards, priorities, technician performance, and service delivery expectations.
  3. Own service delivery performance across preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, inspections, restoration support, lifecycle service activities, and vendor-delivered work.
  4. Drive the strategy and operating model to expand in-house self-perform maintenance capability where prudent, improving control, consistency, response readiness, and long-term service quality.
  5. Ensure consistency in work execution, documentation, escalation management, backlog reduction, response quality, and service readiness across all supported sites.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Operations, or related field preferred; equivalent technical and leadership experience also valued
