Visa is seeking a Director to lead and manage the shared services sourcing team in Bogota, Colombia. This role focuses on operational excellence in procurement and sourcing, ensuring efficient and effective procurement of goods and services. The position requires strong leadership, supplier management background, and cross-departmental collaboration. Responsibilities include leading a team, implementing SOPs, managing PR to PO processing, contract administration, stakeholder collaboration, supplier relationship management, compliance, risk management, and reporting/analysis.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead a team of sourcing professionals, including Analysts and Managers, ensuring alignment with Visa's operational goals and objectives.
  2. Implement and manage Standard Operating Procedures for Procurement Operations and Shared Service Center.
  3. Ensure efficient and effective procurement and sourcing of goods and services while maintaining transparency and adhering to best practices.
  4. Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Global Sourcing team, Bangalore SSC, Finance, Procurement, and other departments, to ensure alignment and support of sourcing initiatives.
  5. Develop, manage, and grow strong relationships with current and future suppliers.

  • In-depth understanding of Procurement policies and procedures
