Responsible for guiding the successful implementation of an integrated business solution, effectively applying Oracle’s methodologies and policies while adhering to contractual obligations, minimizing Oracle’s risk and exposure. As a thought leader and trusted advisor, effectively influences decisions at the leadership level of customer organizations. Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle’s solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices and product knowledge. The ideal candidate will be located in the Arlington, VA area for team collaboration, and able to commit to 4 days per week in the office.
- Accountable for monitoring adherence to scope / contractual delivery and financial commitments in accordance with the TO PWS
- Manages the scope of large-scale multi-site task orders with varying levels of complexity.
- Works closely with the customer to understand and manage project expectations.
- Accountable for task order financials, manages forecast to actual variances in alignment with KPI targets
- Ensures customer deliverables are high-quality, complete and acceptable to the client.
- Provides direction and mentoring to project teams.
- Enables business development efforts including contract modifications by providing subject matter expertise
- Work with VA PM / COR for timely invoice processing
- Manage and monitor Work at Risk Approvals
- Initiate and manage 3rd party supplier contracts
- Proactively manage risks and issues, including externalization to VA
- Monitor Integrated Master Schedule and ensure alignment with project progress.
- Lead Monthly Performance Management meetings with the client
- Maintain strong client relationships with VA counterparts
- Lead internal Project Management Reviews (PMRs) for assigned task order(s), execute Monthly Status Reports (MSRs)
