What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the preparation and review of all external SEC filings, including Forms 10-K and 10-Q
  2. Partner closely with Legal, Investor Relations, and executive leadership on Form 8-K filings, earnings releases, and capital markets activities
  3. Serve as the company’s thought leader on technical accounting matters, including researching, interpreting, and documenting complex accounting issues under US GAAP
  4. Provide guidance on the accounting implications of strategic transactions, including M&A, financing arrangements, and other significant business initiatives
  5. Oversee the end-to-end financial reporting and consolidation process for a multinational organization

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting and/or technical accounting
