What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of the global redeployment operating model.
  2. Lead teams responsible for partnering with market asset management and commercial organizations to identify excess or underutilized assets for redeployment.
  3. Partner with distribution operations teams to execute refurbishment, replenishment, inspection, and redeployment preparation activities.
  4. Lead redeployment prioritization and allocation processes through S&OE governance forums.
  5. Lead collaboration with Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Tax, Trade Compliance, and Systems teams to establish compliant redeployment transaction frameworks.
