This role is for a Director of Global Business Acceleration for APAC at ServiceNow. The primary focus is on managing and growing the regional Business Development Representative (BDR) teams, ensuring they meet pipeline and quota targets. The role involves strategic leadership, mentoring, stakeholder relationship management with Sales, Marketing, and Operations, and driving strategic alignment across the APAC region. While the role requires experience in leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, the core responsibilities are in sales leadership and business development, not direct AI/ML model development or deployment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage the Business Development Representative (BDR) teams across APAC, ensuring all teams exceed quarterly quotas and pipeline targets
  2. Inspire the regional Global Business Acceleration organisation to create repeatable, predictable, high-quality pipeline from select accounts
  3. Mentor team members in line with business demands and their individual professional goals
  4. Strengthen the Global Business Acceleration charter, service level agreements, and performance measurements across the region
  5. Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners in Sales, Marketing, and Operations; represent the Global Business Acceleration organisation across the business and serve as the expert at executive briefings and business reviews
