This role leads Snowflake's global marketing operations strategy, platforms, and teams, focusing on scalable process design, intelligent automation, and cohesive platform architecture to deliver high-volume campaigns. The Director will drive an AI-forward approach, applying automation and AI to standardize processes and reduce manual effort, while also managing marketing platforms, data architecture, and operational scale. The role requires strong leadership in a high-growth B2B software environment, with experience in privacy, consent, and data governance frameworks.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the vision and evolution of Snowflake’s marketing platforms, ensuring tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase, Clay and others operate as an integrated ecosystem
  2. Lead the implementation of an agentic marketing ops strategy, identifying opportunities to replace manual, time-consuming work that improves the efficiency of the direct and cross-functional teams.
  3. Audit and modernize marketing data architecture, ensuring high data quality, accessibility, and governance across all channels and regions
  4. Design and standardize end-to-end processes across the lead lifecycle, from response to MQL through handoff, nurturing, and measurement.
  5. Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing global Marketing Operations team

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing operations
  • 5+ years leading teams in high-growth B2B software environments
  • experience applying automation, AI, and workflow orchestration to standardize processes and reduce manual effort
  • deep expertise in top-of-funnel strategy, lead lifecycle management, and conversion optimization tied directly to pipeline impact
  • managed agency and contract resources
