What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as Global Process Owner (GPO) for procurement processes, with accountability for global standardization, governance, and continuous improvement.
  2. Own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management of systems supporting procurement, contracting, pricing, analytics, and related enablement capabilities.
  3. Accountable for and drive process transformation and in partnership with the Global Operations delivery organization, make key decisions related to the process, including target setting, process performance management, and financial management with a focus on reducing process costs, increasing efficiency and cycle time, and maximizing investment returns
  4. Drive global deployment and adoption of end-to-end process, with regional and local requirements customization as required
  5. Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for an ongoing training methodology and program for the implemented processes, systems, and policies in collaboration with the business, corporate and Operational Services
