What you'd actually do

  1. Own execution of Visa’s Global Product Drop including identifying products to feature, creating product narratives, building product demos & coordinating across Product, Events, Comms, Marketing and Design
  2. Lead high impact strategy projects and initiatives across GP&I, such as Visa’s affluent strategy, and ecommerce roadmap
  3. Structure and solve business problems, collaborating with a range of internal stakeholders across regions and functions to advance initiatives and ensure alignment
  4. Inform the development of unique, creative, and impactful products and solutions by integrating insights across Visa’s functional resources
  5. Develop rigorous, data-backed, quantitative and qualitative analyses to ensure strategic and financial soundness of decisions and recommendations

Skills

Required

  • 10 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8 years of relevant work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD) or 3 years relevant work experience with a PhD
  • Proven experience in strategic leadership roles within management consulting, product strategy, corporate strategy or equivalent
  • Demonstrated success independently leading and managing complex, cross-functional projects, over a wide variety of functional business problems
  • Strong executive presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior stakeholders and external business partners
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on coaching, talent development, and building inclusive team cultures
  • Superior strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor and attention to detail

Nice to have

  • 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
  • Experience in and/or significant exposure to the payments, financial services or technology sector
  • Self-starter, team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
  • Passion for the payments industry and a desire to deliver impactful, customer-centric products and solutions
