This role leads the global Quality Management System (QMS) strategy, focusing on digitally enabled, data-driven, and predictive quality. It involves overseeing core QMS processes, driving automation, and leveraging advanced analytics and AI to improve quality outcomes and manage risk within a consumer product company.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the global QMS strategy, including quality data capabilities, analytics, and predictive quality roadmap
  2. Define maturity goals for digital quality, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities aligned with business strategy
  3. Oversee core QMS processes including: Document Control, Change Management, CAPA, Deviations / Nonconformances, Complaints and Post-Market Surveillance, Management Review, Quality Risk Management, Training & Learning Management Systems
  4. Drive optimization and automation of QMS workflows using digital tools, and analytics
  5. Partner with Data, Digital, and IT teams to leverage machine learning and statistical models to improve quality outcomes while maintaining compliance

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Quality
  • 3+ years leading QMS with accountability for quality data, systems, and analytics
  • Experience implementing digital quality, advanced analytics, or Quality Improvement initiatives
  • Strong understanding of advanced analytics, and statistical methods, as applied to quality
  • Experience with eQMS platforms, data visualization, and analytics tools
  • Ability to translate complex data and predictive insights into actionable business decisions
  • Strong leadership, influence, and change-management skills

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree (MS, MBA, or equivalent) preferred
