What you'd actually do

  1. Leads regional Deliver teams to shape a cohesive customer experience and roadmap, define and deliver customer logistics collaboration priorities, set customer service SLAs, and orchestrate day to day, transactional customer service activities including call handling, issue resolution.
  2. Leads regional segment Deliver teams to define distribution / transportation and optimization priorities, set SLAs and orchestrate day to day, transactional activities required to ensure reliable supply
  3. Key member of both Vision Global Deliver Leadership Team & Surgical Vision End-to-End Leadership Team.
  4. Accountable to deploy business strategy through high impact E2E programs including direct responsibility for program management, budget, achieve key outcomes & change management.
  5. Develops talent through direct reports & E2E team and continues to demonstrate functional excellence; actively sponsors and mentors key talent across E2E supply chain, builds leadership capabilities in team
