Director, Gtm Architecture

Sigma Computing Sigma Computing · Data AI · San Francisco, CA · Operations

This role is for a Director, GTM Architecture at Sigma Computing, focusing on designing, integrating, and automating the company's Go-To-Market (GTM) technology stack. The position requires a builder-first leader to architect the revenue engine, including systems like Salesforce, Clay, and Outreach, with a focus on replacing legacy SaaS tools with warehouse-native workflows. A key aspect is leveraging Sigma's own platform for GTM intelligence and automation, and deploying LLM-powered automation in a production GTM context. The role involves managing a team and evaluating the ROI of GTM technologies.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design and maintain the end-to-end architecture of the GTM stack (Sigma, Salesforce, Clay, Outreach, LeanData, Zoominfo, and others), ensuring systems are extensible, resilient, and aligned to revenue strategy.
  2. Architect signal-based lead and account routing, territory management, and opportunity orchestration — ensuring the right signals reach the right reps at the right time.
  3. Own the Salesforce instance as a strategic asset. Design custom objects, flows, and integrations built for long-term scalability — not short-term patches.
  4. Become the resident expert on using Sigma to power our own GTM motion. Today, that means building live dashboards that replace static reports and embedding Sigma into operational workflows. Tomorrow, it means using Sigma as the intelligence layer that informs routing logic, territory design, and pipeline strategy.
  5. Ensure high-integrity data pipelines feed every GTM system. Own the logic for enrichment, de-duplication, and firmographic accuracy in close partnership with Data Engineering.

  • Hands-on experience deploying LLM-powered automation and AI-native tools in a GTM context — not just prototypes, but workflows running in production that measurably impact pipeline or efficiency.

  • Ability to partner effectively with Sales, Marketing, Data, and Engineering leaders to define and execute a unified technical roadmap.
  • Proven experience managing and developing a team of technical professionals (analysts, admins, contractors), including setting standards, running prioritization, and balancing hands-on building with people leadership.
