  3. Build scalable forecasting models that improve predictability and transparency.
  4. Establish KPIs and performance dashboards that drive accountability across the GTM org.
  5. Lead and develop a high-performing GTM Finance team.

Skills

Required

  • 12+ years of experience in Finance roles, such as investment banking, venture capital including significant operational experience within FP&A or Finance at software companies with SaaS business model
  • At least 3+ years of experience being a people leader
  • Highly analytical with the ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Pigment, and Netsuite.
