Director, Head of Strategic Enterprise Partners for Uber Eats, leading a team of Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to grow and retain large restaurant brand partnerships. This role focuses on accelerating growth within existing partnerships, strengthening relationships, optimizing commercial performance, and driving operational excellence.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and develop a world-class team of Account Executives and Customer Success Managers responsible for Uber Eats’ largest Restaurant Brand partnerships across the US
  2. Own the strategy and performance of a large Enterprise portfolio, driving growth across revenue, profitability, product adoption, and long-term partner retention
  3. Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key merchant stakeholders, including C-suite and senior operational leaders
  4. Operate as a player-coach on complex negotiations, escalations, renewals, and strategic growth opportunities
  5. Drive joint business planning with merchant partners, aligning Uber’s capabilities and investments to partner priorities and measurable business outcomes

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of experience in Enterprise sales, account management, business development, partnerships, strategy, or operations
  • 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing managers and customer-facing teams
  • Proven track record managing large-scale Enterprise partnerships and leading complex commercial negotiations
  • Experience owning or influencing revenue growth, portfolio performance, and long-term strategic account outcomes
  • Strong executive presence with demonstrated ability to build credibility and influence with C-suite stakeholders internally and externally
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to use data to drive decision-making, investment prioritization, and business strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly cross-functional environments
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience building scalable processes and driving operational excellence across large teams or portfolios

Nice to have

  • 12+ years of experience in Enterprise sales, partnerships, customer success, or business development within technology, marketplace, eCommerce, SaaS, QSR, or related industries
  • Experience leading teams responsible for large, strategic Enterprise accounts in a quota-carrying or revenue-driving environment
  • Strong understanding of the restaurant, delivery, or marketplace ecosystem, including competitive dynamics and operational drivers
  • Experience structuring and negotiating complex commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, renewals, and growth partnerships
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through change, elevate organizational performance, and develop future leaders
