Director, HR Business Partner - Film

Netflix is seeking an HR leader to serve as a strategic partner to leaders and teams within their Film division. This role will focus on talent strategy, organization design, compensation, employee development, talent density, and inclusion, requiring experience supporting Film teams and a strong understanding of the production cycle.

Skills

Required

  • 15+ years of progressive, strategic, and well-rounded HR experience
  • 5+ years of Film industry experience and/or experience supporting film teams
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a complex, matrixed, global organization

Nice to have

  • A strong understanding of the production cycle and experience supporting productions and Production Teams
  • Experience guiding and coaching other HR professionals

What the JD emphasized

  • Experience supporting Film teams as an HRBP is required.
