Director, Human Resources Business Partner at Ford responsible for leading HR strategy, talent management, and organizational design for a specific business unit. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the design, implementation, and execution of the organization’s HR strategy and overall HR program delivery, spanning organization design, talent and workforce planning, and all company and organization HR objectives.
  2. Drive the organization and HR strategy toward a culture of excellence; prepare leaders and teams to embrace organizational change; and collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure employees are engaged and inspired to deliver results in a dynamic, challenging environment.
  3. Consult with senior business leaders to enhance organizational design & effectiveness, as well as drive employee engagement.
  4. Translate company-wide objectives and initiatives into tailored strategies that meet the specific needs of the organization, technical leaders, and employees.
  5. Lead large-scale change management planning and execution impacting hundreds to thousands of employees. Implement organizational structures that improve individual and organizational performance, including during periods of rapid change, while minimizing business disruption.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
  • 8+ years of relevant experience (with Master's) or 10+ years (with Bachelor's)
