What you'd actually do

  1. Define and own the global strategy, protocols, and best practices for Incident Response Communications across the Services portfolio.
  2. Serve as a senior communications advisor to customer executive leadership (e.g., CEOs, CISOs, GCs, CIOs, CCOs) during critical cybersecurity incidents.
  3. Provide direct advisory support during active incident response engagements, including ransomware attacks, nation-state intrusions, and other high-profile cybersecurity events.
  4. Lead development of external communications for customers, translating complex forensic findings into clear, executive-level messaging for global media and stakeholders.
  5. Manage relationships with crisis communications firms and coordinate with external counsel to ensure aligned and effective client support.

Skills

Required

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in crisis communications
  • Experience at a leading global communications firm or in a high-stakes corporate environment with significant executive advisory responsibility.
  • Strong technical understanding of cybersecurity, digital forensics processes, and the global technology media landscape.
