Director - India Reseller Channel

This role is for a Director in India focused on leading and growing the go-to-market partnership with strategic resellers. The primary responsibilities include managing a team of Partner Managers, increasing Annual Contract Value (ACV) influenced by partners, developing strategy, stakeholder engagement, joint offerings, and tactical execution. The role also involves program management, working with executive teams, and building performance reports. While the company uses AI-enhanced technology and the role requires experience in leveraging or thinking about integrating AI into work processes, the core function is channel partnership management, not direct AI/ML development or research.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and grow our go-to-market partnership with strategic partners in the country
  2. Manage a team of Partner Managers across India.
  3. Increase ServiceNow’s Annual Contract Value (ACV) influenced by the strategic partners
  4. Manage key partnership areas with strategic partners namely - strategy development, stakeholder engagement plans, joint offerings, tactical execution and alignment of go-to-market functions
  5. Be ServiceNow’s advocate for strategic partner differentiated offerings and value
