What you'd actually do

  1. Own the adoption strategy and programs for AI tools, onsite tools, and new processes.
  2. Define change impacts by stakeholder group and identify adoption risks.
  3. Define adoption criteria included in executive dashboard reviews.
  4. Monitor change saturation and identify teams overloaded by competing initiatives.
  5. Define adoption KPIs, including tool usage, data completeness, workflow compliance, training completion, and leadership engagement.
