What you'd actually do

  1. Build and lead a team of 4 revenue operations professionals supporting Vanta's international GTM organisation across pre-sales and post-sales functions
  2. Own the operating rhythm for EMEA and APAC revenue teams, including forecasting, pipeline inspection, territory management, and quarterly business reviews
  3. Partner closely with international sales leadership to drive forecast accuracy, identify pipeline gaps, and remove friction in the sales process
  4. Design and implement scalable processes for lead routing, opportunity management, comp administration, and performance tracking across multiple regions
  5. Collaborate with global RevOps leadership, Business Systems, and GTM Analytics to ensure consistency while adapting for regional requirements
