This role is for a Director of International Partnerships in the UK, focusing on expanding Attentive's partner ecosystem across EMEA and APAC. The responsibilities include developing international strategy, building partnerships with Technology (ISV) and Agency/SI partners, driving revenue generation through these partnerships, collaborating cross-functionally, acting as an executive point of contact, and building a team. The role requires 15+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or SaaS sales within Martech or e-commerce, with proven international market experience and strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the development and execution of an international partnership strategy, conducting market sizing and prioritization of partner segments to drive revenue in new geos outside of the Americas.
  2. Identify, proactively engage, and onboard high-caliber Technology and Agency partners that align with our target market and business objectives.
  3. Implement tactics to drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, ensuring partnerships are a scalable extension of our internal Sales and GTM teams.
  4. Partner closely with the Americas Partner team, Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership to align partner feedback with our GTM and product initiatives and develop partner-specific enablement materials.
  5. Act as an executive point of contact for strategic partners, modeling best practices for partner management and operational excellence.
