Sales Executive role focused on selling Visa's payment processing services to financial institutions, developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and negotiating contracts. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth and contributing to the launch of new products.

What you'd actually do

  1. selling issuer payment processing services into medium to large financial institutions and negotiating contractual arrangements
  2. developing, maintaining, and executing sales strategies for US Financial Institutions
  3. increase revenues from existing accounts and win new accounts
  4. play a key role in helping marketing and product development launch new products in your territory
  5. contribute to the development of the overall functional strategy & annual goals

Skills

Required

  • 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree
  • 12+ years of experience in a related sales or client management role
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving growth
  • Expert ability to develop and nurture new business partnerships
  • Proven strength in building trust with senior executives within client organizations
  • Expertise in negotiating business agreements
  • strong understanding of financial controls and the legal aspects of contract management
  • Exceptional skills in proactively building strong internal and cross-functional relationships

Nice to have

  • 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree
  • 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
