Director, Lcca Planning & Acceleration

Workday Workday · Enterprise · Pleasanton, CA

This role is for a Director of LCCA Planning & Acceleration at Workday, a company that positions itself as an AI platform for managing people, money, and agents. The role focuses on strategic planning, operational excellence, cross-company engagement, vendor management, and team leadership within the Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Affairs (LCCA) department. While the company and department emphasize AI, this specific role is centered on operational strategy, planning, and management rather than direct AI/ML development or research. The role also involves managing a team of finance and program management professionals.

  3. Drive and execute the LCCA annual strategy and related OKRs across the leadership team and LCCA organization.
  4. Support the execution of LCCA's most important priorities by helping to operationalize processes and procedures to better support our execution, defining what success looks like overall and at various key achievements.
