This role leads the design and execution of comprehensive training strategies within Walmart's Supply Chain, focusing on talent development, performance management, and organizational growth. What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with business objectives and desired outcomes.
  2. Oversee creation, testing, and evaluation of training methods and materials across digital and physical formats.
  3. Lead cross-functional collaboration with business partners to ensure clarity of roles and integration of training feedback.
  4. Manage training projects, including capacity planning, documentation, and issue resolution, while updating leadership on progress.
  5. Mentor and guide team members, fostering skill development and adherence to best practices.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Education, or related field and 5 years’ experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area.
