Mastercard is seeking a Director of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to lead strategic initiatives for their VMware and Oracle Linux platforms. This role involves defining and executing the SRE roadmap, leading modernization efforts, championing automation, building and mentoring a high-impact SRE organization, and ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of distributed platforms. The Director will oversee infrastructure health, implement disaster recovery strategies, drive incident management, lead the adoption of Infrastructure-as-Code, architect observability solutions, and ensure infrastructure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
