Director of Loyalty Design & Economics to lead the architecture and economic foundation of Target’s loyalty program, including discount strategy, accumulated value, tiers, benefits, and overall value proposition, ensuring it drives guest value and profitable growth. Responsibilities include designing the program structure, leading the loyalty economic model, defining KPIs, and partnering with Finance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the end-to-end design of Target’s loyalty program structure, including accumulated value systems, tier frameworks, benefit constructs, and overall value proposition
  2. Ensure the program is simple, intuitive, and compelling for guests while differentiated in the competitive landscape
  3. Lead the development and management of the loyalty economic model, including cost of benefits, accumulated value liability, redemption dynamics, and breakage
  4. Define and monitor key performance indicators (e.g., incremental revenue, ROI, customer lifetime value, engagement, and retention)
  5. Partner with Finance to ensure the program delivers sustainable financial performance and aligns with enterprise goals
