Director of Marketing for the Gastrointestinal & Genitourinary (GIGU) Oncology Franchise, responsible for franchise vision, indication strategy, lifecycle leadership, and driving sustained growth and scientific leadership. This role involves defining marketing strategy, leading customer insight generation, driving launch excellence, developing positioning and messaging, and managing cross-functional planning.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the franchise marketing strategy for GIGU indications across the full lifecycle
  2. Define portfolio vision, indication sequencing, and growth priorities aligned with strategy
  3. Lead customer-centric insight generation (HCP, patient, access, competitor) to shape evidence and differentiation
  4. Drive launch excellence for new indications, regimens, and formulations
  5. Translate clinical data (OS, PFS, biomarker, early-stage) into clear scientific and commercial narratives
