Redfin is seeking a Director of Marketing Growth Strategy and Journey Design to own the mid-funnel engagement system, bridging marketing strategy with brand media execution. This role will lead the learning agenda, story strategy, journey architecture, and experimentation roadmap to re-engage leads and improve milestone progression. The Director will collaborate cross-functionally to design multi-touch, behavior-driven journeys, guide content, and identify opportunities to reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) through strategic marketing initiatives.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own mid-funnel learning agenda across Refi and Purchase segments (MA, WOIT, GH, Catch-All)
  2. Define hypotheses, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and success criteria for all journey experiments
  3. Partner with the Consumer Insights team to identify segment-specific motivations, friction points, and story strategies
  4. Design behavior-based journey flows that drive engagement and progression
  5. Map behavioral triggers and decision trees across email, SMS, app, landing pages, social, YouTube, and Redfin-informed audiences
