What you'd actually do

  1. Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning, translating business goals into clear OKRs, aligned budgets, and a centralized marketing calendar
  2. Build and run a disciplined operating cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly) that drives accountability without slowing teams down
  3. Own end-to-end marketing budget management, including forecasting, visibility, and optimization
  4. Design and scale workflows, governance, and systems that increase velocity and reduce friction across teams
  5. Identify and operationalize AI across marketing workflows to improve output quality and efficiency

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing ops, business ops, or management consulting in high-growth environments
  • Built OKR and planning systems that drive real accountability and measurable outcomes
  • Owned multi-million dollar marketing budgets and improved forecasting and investment decisions
  • Designed and implemented marketing workflows, governance, and operating systems that scale
  • Demonstrated fluency in AI and applied it to improve workflows (not just experimentation)
  • Exceptional program management and change management skills across complex organizations
  • Deep experience building and scaling JIRA workflows to support planning and execution
