Director, Member Experiences & Offers at Target, responsible for leading enterprise strategy for loyalty program promotional events and priority audience plans, driving guest and business impact. This role connects Marketing, Merchandising, Digital, and Experience teams to deliver integrated, guest-centric activations. Owns the strategy and execution of member-exclusive value events, and leads the strategy for how loyalty is presented and experienced across digital and physical channels. Partners with UX, Product, Site Merchandising, Stores, and Marketing to ensure the loyalty program is compelling, discoverable, and integrated seamlessly into the guest journey.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the strategy and execution of member-exclusive offers, sales and events that create differentiated value for loyalty members.
  2. Define how loyalty shows up across Target’s guest ecosystem and how members engage with it.
  3. Continuously improve member interaction with loyalty offers and experiences.

Skills

Required

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 10-12+ years of experience in loyalty, pricing, promotions, strategy, consulting, or related fields
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen
  • Ability to translate and drive strategies forward that are consistent with enterprise and guest goals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage project deadlines and competing priorities effectively
  • Proven team leadership skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and varying levels in the organization
