Reddit is seeking a Director, Mid-Market Sales (B2B Services) to lead and develop a team of Sales Managers across the US. This role will drive new customer acquisition and expansion with strategic partnerships, shape the go-to-market motion for B2B services, and influence cross-functional strategy. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and leading sales teams, exceeding revenue targets, building senior-level client relationships, and advising on market opportunities and strategic planning.

What you'd actually do

  1. Recruiting, training, and leading an org of top-of-industry Sales Managers, Acquisition Client Partners, Same Store Growth Client Partners, Client Account Executives, and Client Account Managers
  2. Building and expanding your organization in smart and profitable ways
  3. Driving Managers and their teams to exceed revenue targets
  4. Building and managing senior-level relationships with key clients and agency partners
  5. Advising sales and product management on market opportunities, sales positioning, use of resources, and strategic planning
